Illuminated Letters - LED
If you’re interested in Custom Letters fabricated for your sign, decide if you want them illuminated. This will determine the options available. You could have backlit letters, which have LEDs underneath each letter that light up the background. Or the letters can have a steel bevel and translucent surface so the letter itself is glowing, like the “R” pictured here.
Aluminum Letters + Steel Logo
Solid aluminum letters are a good standard choice for durable and beautiful 3D letters. There are bevel and rounded surface options with the aluminum letters. There’s a range of anodized metal finishes and paint colors. Mounting the letters directly to the wall creates a minimal look, and we can float them off the surface to create more shadow.

Choose a metal and finish, and we will help you figure out the graphics. The solid metal is cast in a form and finished for a long-lasting relief design. From plain text to etched photos, there are several ways to put your graphics on the plaque.
Acrylic Letters
Want letters for interiors without breaking your wallet?
Acrylic letters are less expensive than metal ones, and can be cut into any shape and painted any color. If you order hollow letters, they will glow when you put lights inside.

Fabricated Steel Letters
These letters can get much bigger than the Aluminum Letters, because of the different fabrication process. You can also get much thicker, up to 6”, and you want them to stick out further. Steel Letters allow for more complex designs and can be mounted directly or on a backboard.
Foam Letters & Logo
Need a more economical option for big 3D letters?
With high density foam, we can cut out letters up to 2” thick! The surface is sealed against UV damage with long-lasting polyurethane paint. We mix your colors to order so you get the look just right. Foam letters are easy to install if we mount them on a backboard first, but it’s also possible to install them directly to the wall.
